What a great turnout to help work on the lighted Bolton loop! We never got a full group photo but estimates put our totals at about 25 people. It was like an army of bladed garden tools out there, with grass being slashed and limbs being chopped. And in the end, what a crazy amount of work! Aside from the bridges left to build, you can pretty much drive Porsche down that loop without incident.
Human vs. Rock
Our next steps will be to build 4 large bridges and one shorter bridge, plus clearing and buffering some washed-out areas. A bit more cutting, measuring, digging, and nailing to make the water crossings ready for the snowmobile and groomer! We will have more info coming up on the next trail day.
