Masters Workout of the Week (10/12)

This week we are re-visiting the timetrial or “test” component of training. With our Masters Southridge TT coming up this weekend, it’s a good time for anyone who has raced this event to check their time this season compared to efforts in the past. For those that have never given it a go, it could be the perfect time to set your own “time to beat” and repeat the test later in the fall (or next year) to check improvement.

If you have done some tests earlier in the season, such as a double pole or running test, this week may also be a good time to check on improvements in those areas, particularly running as we may be transitioning to snow in the next 6-8 weeks…at least we can hope!
