Junior Training 8/4 – 8/17

*** We are now doing 50 dips per day (do bench dips or use a chair or whatever you can find!) ***
THIS WEEK:

Tuesday 8/5: Skate ski @ The Range, 8:30-10:30am. Speed, long intervals and bounding.
Wednesday 8/6:
Double-poling workout at Mud Pond, 9:00-11:00am.
Thursday 8/7:
Classic ski @ The Range, 8:30-10:30am. Speeds and plyos.
Friday 8/8:
Ski-walking at Bolton, 9:00am-12:00pm. Goal is 3-4 ascents.
Saturday 8/9: BBQ
and Long classic rollerski out Bear Trap Road (Milton). After the rollerski we’ll have our annual BBQ hosted by the John Family at their camp along Lake Champlain. Excellent roads for parents to cycle while we ski. Goal is to complete 40km+.

Tuesday 8/12: Skate ski @ The Range, 8:30-10:30am. Speeds, long intervals and bounding.
Tuesday 8/12 (PM optional double-session):
Catamount running races.
Wednesday 8/13:
Double poling at Williston Central School, 9:00-11:00am.
Thursday 8/14:
Classic ski @ The Range, 8:30-10:30am. Speeds and plyos.
Friday 8/15:
Ski-walking at Bolton, 9:00-11:45am. Goal is 3-4 ascents.
Saturday 8/16:
Bike ride @ location TBA. Lincoln & App Gap from Waitsfield??!!
