Junior Training 8/11 – 8/24

*** We are now doing 50 dips per day (do bench dips or use a chair or whatever you can find!) ***
THIS WEEK:

Tuesday 8/12: Skate ski @ The Range, 8:30-10:30am. 15-30″ speeds on gradual downs and steep ups.
Tuesday 8/12 (PM optional double-session):
Catamount running races with option for 5km or 10km.
Wednesday 8/13:
Double poling at Williston Central School, 9:00-11:00am.
Thursday 8/14:
Classic ski @ The Range, 8:30-10:30am. 30″ speeds striding on gradual climb and double-poling on flat.
Friday 8/15:
Ski-walking at Bolton, 9:00-12:00 noon. Goal is 3-4 ascents.
Saturday 8/16:
Training TBA

NEXT WEEK

Tuesday 8/19: Skate ski @ The Range, 8:30 – 10:30am.
Wednesday 8/20:
Distance double-pole at Mud Pond, 9:00-11:00am.
Thursday 8/21:
Classic ski @ The Range, 8:30 – 10:30am.
Friday 8/22:
Ski walking at Bolton, 9:00-12:00 noon. 2-4 ascents (fewer for athletes racing Sunday).
Saturday 8/23:
Training TBA
Sunday (optional / on your own):
Race to the Top of Vermont at Stowe.
