Junior Training 8/25 – 8/31

Bonus training this week!

Tuesday = 4:00-5:30pm at Essex HS. L3 track running intervals, running drills and agility. 5x 1600m with 200m jog recovery.
Wednesday = 4:00-6:00pm at Mud Pond. Distance double-pole.
Thursday = 4:00-6:00pm at Round Church. Skate ski with 10×30″ speeds.

Weekend is on your own:

Saturday = L3 track running intervals (4x 2000m) with 200m jog recovery.
