Race up the Whiteface Toll Road against some of the top skiers in the country! The US Ski Team will be in attendance, as well as the top-ranked national skiers, numerous junior clubs and collegiate racers!
This event takes place up a 5-mile stretch of freshly-paved road leading to the top of Whiteface Mountain in the Adirondacks…get ready for a lot of V1! This is an incredibly fun (and difficult) event that challenges all participants but, if the weather is good, offers a superb reward at the summit. Age group awards and snacks for all finishers are on-hand, as well as the chance to mingle with and get autographs from the US Ski Team.
If you’re attending…this means an early start but you can sleep on the car ride! We will depart from the Old Brick Store in Charlotte at 5:45AM on September 20th! The goal is to hit the first ferry to NY at 6AM, which should get us to the start by about 7:20 or 7:25 (race starts are 8AM for women and 8:10AM for men). We should return to Charlotte around 2-3PM.
