Get ready to race BKLers! There are a number of great races coming up including our club RANGE RAMBLE on Jan. 20 (tentative date right now). All races get posted on the MNC Events Calendar (that’s where you can find info on them too), but below is a short list I put together so you can see what is coming.
The 2018 NEBKL Festival Registration is now LIVE on skiers! This is a kid’s festival on skis! There will be relay races and an afternoon sprint on Saturday and an individual classic race on Sunday. There will be lots of fun non-racing things to do as well, including a parade, orienteering, Snowdance Celebration, Snow Sculptures, Tandem Skiing, Face Painting, Ski Biathlon, the Eighth Grade graduation and of course, the lollipop race. Saturday night dinner buffet tickets are available for purchase, and Festival hats, headbands, and buffs are for sale too.
