Check the website before you leave- with the warmer temps this past weekend and possible mixed weather on Monday, conditions at the Range may change.
*We need a parent to monitor the Walker Building today- it will be cold and we may need to send kids inside. Email Rosemary if you can do it.

We will meet at Rikert Touring Center in Ripton from 10 to 11:30 am. There is a High School & Middle School race happening. Most MS Racers will be racing and the rest of us will do a ski practice and then watch and cheer on those racing if there is time. Meet me at 10 AM outside the Touring Center. The parking lot close to the Touring Center will probably be full, so parents may want to drop off kids and equipment by the Touring Center before parking in the overflow lot across the road. Kids will need to buy their own trail pass. I will email if plans or times change.
We should be good to go at the Range (Range Snow Report) but please check the website before you leave, just in case something comes up. The lights are still out on the trails, so please bring a headlamp if you have one!
Penguins will use classic skis and meet Coaches Julie and Chris inside the Walker Building. Penguins and Parents will quit early at 5:00 and come inside for the Penguin Parent meeting.
We are supposed to get a little more snow which will give us some decent classic conditions. Please check back here on Wednesday night, just in case we need to change our plans. If you have a pair of no-wax skis or skins, please bring them.
10:00 AM- 12 at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Skate Technique. Tentative time trial.
