Masters Training 11/1 thru 11/5

Sun. 11/1  MNC does NENSA Peak Weekend (Stevensville Rd Parking Area)  Join in for a hike up  Mt Mansfield on Sunday, November 1st, to celebrate NENSA’s Peak Weekend event!  Meet at the Stevensville Road trailhead parking lot at 9:30am.  For more information click here.

Tues. 11/3  Dee PT Strength (map)  – Join Coach Dennis this Tuesday at 6-7PM for strength training session at Dee PT in South Burlington.  If you haven’t signed up yet or want to find out more click here.

Thurs. 11/5  Dry Land Training (map– Join Coach Rick for the first week of dry land training.   This week we will meet from 5:30 – 7:00PM and will shift the training location to the Ethan Allen Range in Jericho where we will have access to lights and additional equipment.  If you haven’t signed up yet or want to find out more click here.

Masters Training 10/25 thru 10/29

Sat. 10/24 – Catamount Run for Your Life 5K/10k.  Up for a fun fall trail race?  Costumes, Magic Hat..  for more info click here.

Sun. 10/25  NWVE TT (more info) This week the Masters group plans to meet up and participate in the NWVE 1 mile Uphill Roller Ski TT.   Registration 8:00 to 8:45 & Race at 9:00 at Gutterson Field House UVM.  For more info click here.

Sun. 10/18  Williston Roller Ski (map) This week we will be back in Williston.  Coach Rick has the following planned: 30 min warmup/5km time trial/20 min easy ski to cool down.   Plan is to meet 9:30 at Kort’s house.

Masters Training 10/11 thru 10/15

Sun. 10/11  Madonna Hike followed by Roller Ski (map) This week we will mix things up and start with a hike up the Smugglers Notch ski trails followed by a shorter roller ski on Pleasant Valley Rd.   Non-roller skiers are welcome  to join us in this ~1.5hr hike.  Bring Poles and  plan to meet at 8:30AM at  Madonna Mtn Parking lot. We estimate that we will be starting the roller ski around 10:30-11:00.
