The Mansfield Nordic Community Center (MNCC) is our club’s resource for strength training, events, meetings, and more! But how do you get there, and where do you park? Read More about “Parking at the MNCC”…
Join MNC for an introductory rollerski clinic focused on learning the basics of safety (turning, slowing, stopping, climbing), equipment maintenance, and road awareness. This clinic is not age-specific…if you’re a BKL skier who has never tried rollerskiing, or a Masters skier who has always wanted to give it a go, this is for you!
Want to learn how to snowplow without the snow?
Ready to see the fastest snow-to-rollerski pole tip changeover ever?
Looking to expand your off-season possibilities?
MNC will have a selection of rollerskis available to try (NNN/Prolink-compatible boots preferred) and it is recommended participants bring their personal boots and poles. Much of this intro clinic will be completed without poles, and rollerski pole tips are recommended but not required.
We will meet in the Allen Brook School parking lot at 1pm, getting our feet/wheels under us on flat and open terrain before heading out to the nearby bike paths.
Our favorite rollerski apparel is a bright, visible shirt!
