Join MNC for open sessions of summer Nordic training! Open to all: BKL skiers, Juniors, Masters, parents and friends. Pass along and spread the word!
Session 3: Bounding Workout and VT Speedball World Championships @ Mills Riverside Park
- Bounding workout on the hills of Mills Riverside Park in Jericho/Underhill
- Teams formed for 1st annual VT Speedball World Championships after workout
- One full watermelon for winning team (sharing encouraged)!
Meet at Mills Riverside Park at 4pm Session ends at 5:30pm
