Join us on Tuesday, July 25th for a free roller ski clinic with Craftsbury Green Racing Project skier, VT native and Middlebury grad Ben Lustgarten.
Participants should bring skate rollerskis, classic and skate rollerski poles, classic and skate boots, helmet, running shoes and bounding poles.
Clinic will include:
- Warm Up Loop
- Drills
- Free Ski
- Snacks & Group Discussion (school/training balance, training tips, nutrition)
