Some selected photos that show what the Juniors have been up to this fall! A few main components:
-Wednesdays are the big day for specific strength. We’ve gotten back on the “towing” bandwagon, where we use old bicycle tubes to pull one another up hills while double poling. Resistance builds strength and good body position!
-We have continued to mountain bike a lot, with adventures in our awesome home trails at Cochrans and out to hotspots like Stowe and Waitsfield
-Some more and more short hard speeds have been introduced…both upping out 30/30 durations as well as working on even shorter, agiltiy/coordination speeds and hopskating
-Most of our group is running XC this fall. It’s a shortened season but there are already a few races in the books and the MNC athletes are racing fast and showing their stuff
