Please note: Tuesday and Thursday training sessions are technique of choice. Dependent on upcoming races and priorities, please choose whichever technique you would most like to work on. If you are targeting a specific race in the next few weeks, I would recommend doing that same technique for your interval session this week.
Tuesday = Ski with speeds and light plyometrics, 4:00-5:45pm.
Wednesday = Recovery state skate ski + core @ Sleepy, 4-5:30pm.
Thursday = Ski with high intensity at the Range, 4:00-5:30pm.
Sunday = TBA.

Tuesday (non J2)= Ski with high intensity and light plyos, 4-5:30.
Tuesday (J2’s) = Ski with high intensity and light plyos.
Wednesday = Recovery skate ski at Sleepy, 4:00-5:30pm.
Thursday (non J2)= Ski with high intensity and light plyos, 4:00-5:30pm.
Thursday (j2’s) = Short ski with speeds and fun relay practice.
Sunday = TBA. Cochran’s Nordic X Challenge???!!!
