Junior Training: 2/24 – 3/9

Please note: Tuesday and Thursday training sessions are technique of choice. Dependent on upcoming races and priorities, please choose whichever technique you would most like to work on. If you are targeting a specific race in the next few weeks, I would recommend doing that same technique for your interval session this week.

Tuesday = Ski with speeds and light plyometrics, 4:00-5:45pm.
Wednesday =
Recovery state skate ski + core @ Sleepy, 4-5:30pm.
Thursday = Ski with high intensity at the Range, 4:00-5:30pm.
Sunday =
TBA.

Tentative plan for 3/3 – 3/9:

Note different workouts this week for J2’s and other athletes!

Tuesday (non J2)= Ski with high intensity and light plyos, 4-5:30.
Tuesday (J2’s) =
Ski with high intensity and light plyos.
Wednesday =
Recovery skate ski at Sleepy, 4:00-5:30pm.
Thursday (non J2)=
Ski with high intensity and light plyos, 4:00-5:30pm.
Thursday (j2’s) = Short ski with speeds and fun relay practice.
Sunday =
TBA. Cochran’s Nordic X Challenge???!!!

Tuesday March 18 = Movement screening analysis 3:50-6:15pm at the Range. Please refer to 2/23 email from Dr. Sharon Henry.
