Future Stars Program3 days/week program for veteran BKL skiers (approx ages 12-13). Activities will include rollerskiing (at the Range), hiking, running, strength, and games. Program offers age-appropriate training while also offering exposure to Junior Program coaching and athletes.
Devo Team
3 days/week program for high-school athletes. Activities will include weekly skate and classic rollerskiing, running, as well as strength training and other endurance-based training.
Comp Team
3-5 days/week program for high-school athletes. The core program includes 3 days/week along with the Devo/Future Stars programs, as well as additional training that will require demonstrated safety (ability to rollerski on open roads), fitness (ability to train for 2-3 hours), and other cross-training activities (cycling and/or MTB).
Subject to approval by the National Guard:
- Tuesdays at the Range, 8:30 – 10:30. Rollerskiing, strength, games.
- Thursdays at the Range, 8:30 – 10:30. Rollerskiing, strength, games.
- Saturdays at various locations, 9:00 – 11:00 (approx). Hiking, running, various activities.
