First off, awesome job to everyone at the Eastern Cups. These are some of the most competitive races in the country – and surely have the most depth aside from National Championships. If you kicked butt — great; if you feel like you were too far down the results just keep it in perspective: former Olympians, NCAA Champions, Junior National Champs and more.
This is a recovery week! Note the shorter training sessions on Tuesday/Thursday. Sunday location is TBD.
- Tuesday, 4:00 – 5:30pm at the Range. Easy skate ski and games (bring running attire).
- Thursday, 4:00 – 5:45pm at the Range. Classic ski with fartlek intervals and specific strength (bring running attire).
- Sunday, 9:00 – 11:00am at TBD. Skiing with long, moderate intensity.
