Junior Training 2/17 – 3/2
Tuesday = Recovery classic with DP and light plyos at the Range, 4-5:30.
Wednesday = Recovery skate ski at Sleepy, 4:00-5:30pm.
Thursday = skate with high intensity and no-pole, 4:00-5:30pm.
Sunday = TBA – likely ski tour at Trapp’s
Tentative plan for 2/24 – 3/2:
Tuesday = Recovery skate with light plyometrics, 4:00-5:45pm.
Wednesday = Steady state skate ski @ Sleepy, 4-5:30pm.
Thursday = Classic ski with high intensity at the Range, 4:00-5:30pm.
Sunday = TBA.
Junior Training: 2/10 – 2/23
Congratulations to many athletes that achieved goals yesterday in qualifying for J2 Championships and the Eastern High School Championships. I will have a post and pictures coming soon!

Thursday = Recovery ski with technique at the Range, 4:00-5:30pm.
Saturday = Eastern Cup @ Waterville Valley, NH. 5-5-10-10km Freestyle, Individual.
Sunday = Eastern Cup @ Plymouth, NH. 5-5-10-15km classic, individual.

Coming up: an INTENSITY WEEK:
- Tuesday 10/8 = hard bounding intervals @ UVM Research Forest. 4-6pm.
- Thursday 10/10 = Rollerski intervals @ Mud Pond, 4-6pm.
- Sunday 10/13 = on your own Track or rollerski interval workout. Tim will give specifics.
Followed by a RECOVERY WEEK:
- Tuesday 10/15 = Skate rollerski, 4-6pm.
- Thursday 10/17 = Classic rollerski, 4-6pm.
- Friday 10/18 = Run / agility / strength at MMU or EHS, 4:00-5:45.
- Sunday 10/20 = Classic with specific strength at Mud Pond, 9:30-11:30am.
